



Salon Policies
In consideration of all of our guests & their relaxation, as well as for safety reasons young children are only to be in the salon when they have a hair appointment. They should not be left unattended at any time.
Late Cancellation/No-Shows:
*We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancelations or reschedules.
*Clients who No-show/Late Cancel must pay 50% fee of missed appointment to be able to book with us again.
*Anyone who has previously no-showed or late-canceled, all appointments will require a non-refundable deposit.
*All late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit deposit.
*15 minutes late without a call, email, or text is considered a no-show.
*All appointments $200 or more require a 50% deposit to hold the appointment spot.
*Deposits go towards total after services are rendered.
*After more than one no-show or late cancelation , we reserve the right to refuse service.
Payment:
We accept cash and all major credit cards. For any wedding party or special group event a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Returns/Refunds:
Returns are accepted for products that arrive or are received in a damaged condition. We also accept unopened unused products.
7-Day Window: Any claim for a damaged product must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. The 7-day window begins the day your tracking information shows "delivered" or the day the item was purchased in-store.
